Pricing & billing

Do I need a credit card to start? +

No. Free tier is forever, no card. The 14-day paid trial also doesn't require a card — we only ask if you want to keep going.

Can I cancel anytime? +

Yes. No annual contracts. Cancel from Salla (if installed via Salla) or Margrow settings anytime. You keep service through the end of the paid period.

What happens if I exceed the monthly cap? +

We alert you at 80%. At 100%, sending pauses until next month, or we auto-upgrade you with prior consent. No surprise charges.

Are prices VAT-inclusive? +

Prices are pre-VAT (15%). Tax is itemized on the Salla invoice. Businesses registered with ZATCA can claim VAT back as usual.
